Curbside Charm — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases and services from Curbside Charm (“Curbside Charm,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, booking installation, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide seasonal décor design, delivery, and installation. You select a preferred delivery week at checkout; we’ll confirm the exact date/time within that week (weather and routing may shift the window).
2) Orders, Deposits & Approvals

Design deposit: Checkout collects a $150 base design deposit to reserve your spot.

Packages funds are collected in full and are refundable for 48 hours after payment; after 48 hours they become non-refundable.

Refundability: Deposits are refundable for 48 hours after payment; after 48 hours they become non-refundable.

Specialty Design approval & final pricing: After you approve the design, we provide a quote for materials, delivery, installation (and optional services).

Balance due: The remaining balance is due upon approval and no later than before installation, unless noted on your invoice.
3) Delivery Areas & Fees

Free delivery ZIPs: 29601, 29605, 29607, 29614, 29615, 29650, 29651, 29662, 29680, 29681.

Other serviceable ZIPs: $50 delivery fee (if available).

You’re responsible for providing the correct delivery address and safe access.
4) Optional Services

Season-End Pickup/Disposal: Optional add-on ($75) when available. If not purchased, removal/disposal is the customer’s responsibility.

Other add-ons (e.g., rush service, specialty items) will be quoted separately.
5) Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions

We group routes by week to reduce travel time and keep fees low. Inclement weather or events beyond our control may shift your date/time; we’ll notify you and reschedule to the earliest available slot.

Please ensure clear access to the installation area (stairs/porch free of obstacles, pets secured). If access is unavailable or unsafe, we may reschedule and/or charge a reasonable return visit fee.
6) Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations: You may cancel within 48 hours of your deposit for a full refund of the deposit. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling/changes after approval may affect inventory and routing; additional charges or delays may apply. We’ll confirm any changes in writing.
7) Customer Materials & Photos

If you upload an entry/storefront photo, you grant us permission to use it internally to plan your design.

Photo Permission for marketing is separate and optional. If you select “Yes,” you grant us permission to photograph and share images of the installed décor in our portfolio/website/socials. We avoid showing house numbers or personal identifiers.
8) Product Care, Weather & Limitations

Natural materials and outdoor décor can vary in color/shape and are subject to weather (sun, wind, rain). We can’t guarantee longevity under all conditions.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, décor items you purchase become yours to keep after installation. If any item is provided as a rental, return terms and replacement fees for damage or loss will be stated on your invoice.
9) Payments & Fees

We accept cards (via our website), PayPal (which may present Venmo to eligible buyers), and manual/offline options (e.g., Zelle) when offered.

For offline payments, your booking is confirmed when payment is received and marked paid.

Refunds are returned to the original method when possible; processor fees may be non-refundable per the provider’s rules. All services are final once rendered.
10) Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose for decorative items exposed to weather.
11) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your order or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits), or for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, accidents, supply disruptions).
12) Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy (posted on our site). That policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
13) Intellectual Property
Design concepts, copy, photos we create, and site content remain our intellectual property, except for your own photos/materials. You may not reuse or reproduce our designs, images, or site content without permission.
14) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Venue for any dispute will be Greenville County, SC (state or federal courts). You agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The posted Effective Date will change when updates are made. Material changes may be communicated by site notice or email.
