Delivery Policy

Curbside Charm — Delivery Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1) Service Area & Fees

  • Free delivery ZIP codes: 29601, 29605, 29607, 29614, 29615, 29650, 29651, 29662, 29680, 29681.

  • Other serviceable ZIPs: $50 delivery fee (service availability varies by location).

  • We currently serve the majority of Greater Greenville, SC and nearby communities. If an address is outside our service map, we’ll contact you to discuss options.

2) How Scheduling Works

  • At checkout, please choose the Monday of your preferred delivery week.

  • We’ll route stops by area and send your exact date/time window for that week (via email/SMS).

  • Weather, traffic, or routing may shift your window. If that happens, we’ll notify you and move you to the earliest available time in the same week (or the next available week if needed).

3) What We Deliver & Where

  • Delivery includes placement/installation on your porch or storefront entry unless your order states otherwise.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Multi-unit buildings may require lobby/concierge coordination or customer presence.

4) Access & Site Readiness

Please make sure by your appointment window:

  • A clear, safe path to the install area (remove obstacles; secure pets).

  • Any gate/door/HOA codes shared with us in advance.

  • A reasonably clean/dry surface (we’re happy to wipe as needed, but heavy cleaning is not included).
    If access is unavailable or unsafe, we may reschedule and a return-visit fee may apply.

5) Weather & Safety

Outdoor décor is weather-dependent. For heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may delay or reschedule. Weather delays are not grounds for a refund; we prioritize the next earliest safe slot.

6) You Don’t Need to Be Home

Most outdoor installs are contactless. We’ll place your décor and send a proof-of-delivery photo. If your building requires escort/approval, please be available or arrange authorization.

7) Missed Delivery / Redelivery

If we arrive within the stated window but can’t complete the delivery (e.g., locked access, unsafe conditions), we’ll reschedule to the next available route. A return-visit fee may apply.

8) Damage, Adjustments & Issues

  • If something arrives damaged or a major component is missing, email us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or reasonably substitute.

  • Need a small adjustment (e.g., item moved a few inches)? Let us know—minor tweaks may be accommodated at no charge if our schedule allows; larger moves may require a return visit.

9) Optional Season-End Pickup/Disposal

  • Available as an add-on ($75).

  • Refundable within 48 hours of purchase; afterward or once scheduled/performed, non-refundable.
